What we do with your data, how long we keep it, and how to have it erased.
View our homesWe collect the strict minimum. This site carries no ad network, no commercial tracker and no sale of data. We use your data only to handle your rental enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare your application.

Contact form
The form collects your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the subject of your enquiry and your message. We record your IP address in the message we receive, solely to fight automated submissions.
Rental application
If your enquiry leads to an application, we review the documents set out in the decree of 5 November 2015: proof of identity, proof of address, proof of employment and proof of income. We ask for no document that this text prohibits, and in particular no bank statements, no certificate of good account conduct and no information about your health.
Analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party profiling trackers. If we switch on analytics later, we will use a consent-exempt setup, in line with CNIL recommendations, or a consent banner.

- Enquiry taken no further: three months after the last exchange.
- Unsuccessful application: three months at most, then destroyed.
- Successful tenant's file: the term of the tenancy, then five years under accounting and legal obligations.
Your data stays inside LOCAMAXIME. We never sell it, rent it out or pass it to commercial partners. We may pass it on, only where the law or the contract requires it, to the managing agent, to an insurer, to a guarantee body such as Action Logement for the Visale guarantee, or to an accountant.
Your supporting documents do not stay on the server. As soon as your application reaches us by email, the uploaded files are deleted from the server: the email received becomes the only copy.
OVH SAS hosts the site in Roubaix, France. Messages travel over HTTPS. The form screens out automated submissions with a hidden field, a timing check, a verification question handled on the server, a content filter and a rate limit. We build no database of prospects.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to us via the contact form or call 06 07 85 66 10. We reply within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or file a complaint on the CNIL website.
The site links to Facebook, to Instagram and to an OpenStreetMap map. These services apply their own privacy policies, and we invite you to read them.
