LOCAMAXIME has let its own homes in Sainte-Maxime since 1971, on a tenancy agreement, by the year. So you deal with the owner, not with a middleman. As a result, there are no letting fees, no application fees and no tenancy drafting fees.
Our business stops there, and we say so plainly. So we do no holiday lets, no sales, no valuations and no management on behalf of others. For a stay of a few weeks, the Sainte-Maxime tourist office lists the town's classified holiday rentals.
Our listings live only on this site. Indeed, we publish nothing on the portals. Everything we let therefore appears here, with the rent, the service charges, the energy rating and the real availability.

If we do not answer, a viewing or an inventory of condition is keeping us on site. Leave a message with the reference of the home you are interested in, and we will call you back the same day.
The form above works perfectly for a written question or a call-back request. For an application, however, use the application page: your request arrives complete, so we deal with it faster.
Our address is 10 rue Léon Gaumont, in Sainte-Maxime, in Le Panoramic. The Carré Léon Gaumont, which brings together the library and the cinema, is right next door. Parking outside is free.
Call before dropping by. Indeed, an inventory of condition or a key handover regularly takes us out of the office, and we would rather see you properly.

This is our only rule, and it saves everyone time. We review your application, then we arrange the viewing. Two documents are enough to open it: both sides of your identity card and your latest tax assessment.
So you view a home you can genuinely get, and we meet applicants whose situation matches the property. What is more, your application stays valid across our whole portfolio.
We always reply, including when the answer is no, and we explain why. So you know where you stand, and you can adjust your search straight away.
