Neither a company nor an agency
LOCAMAXIME is neither a company nor an estate agency. The activity is limited to letting homes that the publisher owns himself. It therefore remains civil and non-commercial: it involves no entry in the trade and companies register, no SIREN or SIRET number, and no intra-community VAT number. The rents fall under property income.
Nor does this activity amount to property brokerage within the meaning of the Hoguet Act of 2 January 1970. It falls under no professional transaction or management licence, and no commission is ever taken from tenants.
